Becoming a Student at RCMS

1. Come to an Open House or email us to request a tour.
Tours must occur after 3pm and we encourage only adults to attend tours. We cannot guarantee tours outside of Thursdays at 3pm.

2. Fill out an application and submit it with the $50.00 application fee.

3. Attend an Intake Interview (parents, prospective student, teacher).
We invite families to interview in the order that we receive applications, normally interviewing Primary families first and Toddler families in the Spring. However, rescheduling an interview or pushing your interview date too far into the future may impact vacancies in our program.

4. Await decision regarding acceptance.
Acceptance letters include your enrollment agreement and instructions on how to sign up for a FACTS account to finalize tuition.

5. Return your signed agreement with the 10% tuition deposit.
The 10% deposit secures your child’s enrollment at RCMS.
You have two weeks from the date of your acceptance to return your completed Enrollment Agreement and 10% deposit, otherwise we are free to offer the space to another family.

6. Receive and return all additional required forms before the child begins school.
Children will not be permitted to attend RCMS until all forms are submitted. This may delay their start date and days missed due to missing documentation will not be refunded.

Families are responsible for providing the following completed documents to our front office prior to the first day of school. A child may not begin attending RCMS before all forms are completed and delivered to us. RCMS provides a full set of documents to each enrolled family.

• Emergency Form OCC 1214;

• Health Inventory OCC 1215, signed by guardians and physician;

• Relevant Medical Administration, Allergy Action, Asthma Action Plan form(s);

• Immunization Certificate and List from Doctor, or Exemption Documentation;

• Proof of child’s Blood Lead Test at 12 months and 24 months old;

• Photography Waiver (agree or decline);

• and Basic Care Forms (list of your permitted in-school toiletries).
