Francia Nufable

Ms. Francia has worked at Rock Creek Montessori School for almost 7 years, beginning before the pandemic in the Young Children’s Community. For the past two years, she has served as an Assistant in our Children’s House environments. She also serves as a Director of our Summer Camp and Before Care programming. Ms. Francia has over 10 years experience working with children, beginning as a babysitter and eventually becoming certified as a Child Development Associate (CDA), which deepened her commitment to supporting child development with love and purpose.

She has two daughters — her youngest, Avril, is 3 years old and attends Rock Creek Montessori School at the Children’s House level. Her older daughter is 14 years old, and frequently helps around RCMS during summer camp programming.
