“Since joining the RCMS community in 2022, Mary has cherished the Montessori experience her two children have enjoyed from the toddler room through primary. She is passionate about community, especially building meaningful connections among families and staff, and brings that energy to the Parent Leadership Team. Her contributions include organizing the Earth Day clothing swap, creating parent social events, and supporting teacher appreciation and recognition initiatives.

In her professional life, Mary leads initiatives at a local Kensington-based nonprofit committed to inclusion and support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Mary holds a Master in Social Work from the Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Loras College, and grew up in the Chicagoland area. Outside of work and parenting, Mary enjoys crafting, reading, good coffee, attempting to train her rescue dog, and learning the art of furniture refinishing.”
