Ellyn felt fortunate to find such a warm and welcoming school and parent community when her son started at RCMS last year, and is excited to contribute to that community this year through the parent leadership team.

Ellyn works as an immigration attorney at a regional nonprofit, where she represents individuals in ICE detention in their removal proceedings. She has an JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, a Masters in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelors in International Relations from SUNY Geneseo. Prior to her legal career, Ellyn lived in Peru, where she founded and ran a nonprofit providing afterschool programming and leadership opportunities to youth in a rural town outside of Cusco.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing piano, running, gardening, and baking.
